Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Copyright infringement, including delivering content you do not own or control.
  • Unauthorized samples or interpolations without clearance.
  • Fraudulent or artificial streaming activity, including bot streams or stream-farms.
  • Fake artist impersonation, name-jacking, or misleading artist profiles.
  • Misleading metadata, including misattributed titles, ISRCs, contributors or genres.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, or other illegal content.
  • Malware, phishing, or any attempt to compromise other users or the platform.
  • Uploading contracts, royalty data, or personal information you do not have the right to submit.
  • Abuse of takedown, update, or dispute systems.
  • Attempts to bypass Row-Level Security, scrape data, or access other users' content.

Enforcement

Violations may result in delivery suspension, takedown requests to DSPs, account suspension, or termination. Audit logs are written for every administrative action.
