By using The Music Standard, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or have legal guardian consent. You must own or control the rights to any music you upload.
3. Service
We deliver music to digital platforms, collect royalties, and provide marketing and analytics tools. Service availability and platform list may change.
4. Fees
Plan pricing and commission rates are shown on the Pricing page. Marketing campaigns are quoted at checkout.
5. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or infringe third-party rights.
6. Liability
The platform is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages.
