Distribution Agreement

Grant

You grant us a non-exclusive license to deliver your recordings to digital platforms during the term of the agreement.

You retain 100% ownership of your masters and compositions. We do not acquire copyright.

You confirm you own or control all rights necessary to distribute the work, including samples, features, and producer contributions.

You may request takedowns at any time. Delivery to DSPs may take 7-14 days to fully reflect.

You are responsible for the accuracy of contributor splits. We pay according to the splits you configure.
