Campaign Services Terms
This page is maintained by The Music Standard as platform template policy. It is not a substitute for legal advice - final compliance language should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
No guaranteed results
Campaigns booked through TMS do not guarantee streams, followers, sales, chart positions, virality, or any specific outcome.
Partner-delivered services
Paid ads, influencer, playlist, PR, and similar services may require manual review or be delivered by third-party partners. Partner availability and timing can vary.
Asset rights
You must have the necessary rights to all promotional assets (audio, video, artwork, likeness, samples, quotes) you submit for use in a campaign.
Results vary
- Outcomes depend on market, budget, creative, audience, platform, and timing.
- TMS may share post-campaign reports based on partner-provided data.
Influencer / endorsement disclosure
You and any influencer or endorser are responsible for clear disclosure of material connections (for example, "#ad" or "Paid partnership") as required by applicable law and platform rules (e.g. FTC guidelines).
Refunds and cancellation
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
